
Charlotte Morphett
Originally from Sydney, Charlotte grew up immersed in the world of performance. She went on to major in Dance and Drama at the University of New South Wales, turning her passion into a fulfilling career. Charlotte is now the Coordinator of Performance at St Mary MacKillop College in Canberra, and has directed, choreographed, and musically directed a wide range of school, youth, and community productions across the region. In her role, she is passionate about supporting students as they develop their own creative skills and grow as confident, expressive performers.
Since moving to Canberra, Charlotte has become a highly active contributor to the local theatre community, working across both performance and production roles. Her creative credits include Choreographer for Bring It On (Canberra Philharmonic, 2024) and Production Manager for Cats (Canberra Philharmonic, 2023).
As a performer, she has appeared in a range of principal roles, including Janice and others in Come From Away (Dramatic Productions, 2025), Sophie in Mamma Mia! (Free-Rain Theatre Company, 2021), Elle Woods in Legally Blonde (Canberra Philharmonic, 2019), Heather Chandler in Heathers (Dramatic Productions, 2018), Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar (Canberra Philharmonic, 2018), and Vanessa in Strictly Ballroom (Canberra Philharmonic, 2017). She has also performed in the ensembles of Dogfight (Dramatic Productions, 2023) and Chicago (Canberra Philharmonic, 2017), continuing to build a diverse and dynamic body of work across Canberra’s theatre scene.
