Charlotte Jackson

Charlotte is a highly successful competitive dancer and choreographer, with 17 years’ experience as a soloist and team dancer at both a local and national level. Charlotte is trained in a vast array of styles from commercial to Latin. Her favourite style is Brazilian Samba, which she performs at events around Canberra. Outside of theatre, Charlotte performs professionally in cabarets and at events as a cocktail dancer and showgirl with High Kix Cabaret. 

In 2025, Charlotte was Assistant Choreographer and a featured dancer in Free-Rain Theatre Company’s Sweet Charity. She fell in love with the creativity and uniqueness of the production’s Fosse choreography, which was later nominated for a 2025 Ovation Award.

Charlotte’s other recent theatre credits include The Addams Family (Canberra Philharmonic, 2025), The Boy from Oz (Free-Rain Theatre Company, 2024), American Idiot (Queanbeyan Players, 2024), Bring It On: The Musical (Canberra Philharmonic Society, 2024), West Side Story (Dramatic Productions, 2023), and Footloose (Queanbeyan Players, 2023).

She is excited to be working with Free-Rain Theatre Company again on this fun and lively show and is grateful to share it with Canberra audiences.
