Charles Noble
Charles is fairly new to the Canberra theatre scene, with A Chorus Line marking his first show with Free-Rain and third community show in the Canberra area. You may have most recently seen him in the ensemble for Queanbeyan Players’ The Pirates of Penzance (2025) where he earned the local title “Jolly Green Jumper”, or in Bubble Boy (2025) where he made his community theatre debut as the redneck Sheriff and sleazy Businessman.
A Chorus Line has been the most dance intensive production Charles has ever been a part of, making the experience both challenging and rewarding. Since joining the cast, he has also taken up ballet classes outside of rehearsals, and hopes to attend many more, along with as many other styles of dance as he can, to develop his skills across the board.
Outside of rehearsal, Charles also takes singing lessons and is studying a Double Degree in Engineering and Music at ANU, intending to major in composition.
Charles hopes you will enjoy this show as much as he’s enjoyed being a part of it!
