Loren graduated from Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in 2011. While at WAAPA, Loren was awarded the Finlay Award for Music Theatre in 2011.
Loren’s key WAAPA performances include the Mother role in Beauty and the Beast, Maxine in A Little Touch of Chaos, Monica in The Twenty-Fifth Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Patsy in Crazy for You, Diana Morales in A Chorus Line.
In the short years since graduating, Loren has already appeared in a swing/understudy role in new musical Moonshadow and performed an ensemble role in the stage show, King Kong, in 2013.
In 2015 Loren appeared as part of the ensemble and as a cover to Liz Holt and Vanessa Cronin in the stage debut of Baz Lurhman’s Strictly Ballroom: The Musical before moving on to star in Highway Productions’ RENT as Mimi. Currently Loren is performing in the support role of Mitzi/Cover Judith in the national tour of Georgy Girl.
Loren has also been a featured performer in the Gala Opening of the “Heath Ledger Theatre” of the State Theatre of Western Australia, Twisted Broadway for the Equity Fights AIDS Concert and for the 30TH Anniversary Spectacular for John Paul College, QLD.
Laura Murphy recently played Sally Brown in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown at the
Hayes Theatre and toured Australia and Singapore as Jan in GFO’s Grease the Musical and starred as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz directed by Neil Gooding.
On screen Laura starred as Sparkles the Fairy in the children’s television show William and Sparkle’s Magical Tales for seven seasons - and again in the spin-off series Magical Tales: Surprises for three seasons. Laura co-wrote the music and lyrics for both programs, as well as playing Sparkles. Laura also hosts the television show Imagination Train which is into its second season - also co-writing the music and lyrics for the show.
Drew was born in Melbourne, Australia and is a graduate from the Western
Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). In the few short years since graduating, Drew has fast made his mark on the Australian and International theatre scene.
Drew has most recently appeared in ATG’s Ghost as the cover Sam and The Rocky Horror Show understudying the roles of Brad and Rocky in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia. In his first job out Drew received critical acclaim for his portrayal of Curly in IAJ Internationals production of Oklahoma. He then went straight onto appear in the original cast of the Australian tour of Macintosh Disney Mary Poppins, where is understudied the role of Bert. He performed alongside Caroline O’Connor in The Production Company’s, Gypsy and is also a featured soloist in GWB productions of Ultimate Broadway in Shanghai.
Drew appears on the original cast recording of the Silver Donkey by Mathew Frank and Dean Bryant and traveled to New York to work with theatre composer Drew Gasparini (NBC- SMASH) where he was asked to appears on his compilation album I Could Use A Drink, which features TONY award nominees and is available on iTunes.
Drew has recently returned home after working in stage and screen in London. his recent credits there include Apartment 40c, where he originated the role of Ed and the new US television series Galavant - ABC. Drew’s other Television credits include Issac in Winners & Losers - Channel 7.
